For orders paid in rubles with a Russian bank card, the seller is the sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) whose details are set out below.
The file is made available right after payment: the buyer asks for this by ticking the consent box at checkout. Until the file is downloaded, the purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of payment for a full refund. Once the download has started, a refund is possible if the file cannot be opened for technical reasons or materially differs from its description and we have been unable to provide a working file.
Merch returns are possible under the applicable law, taking into account the condition of the product and the timing of the request.

Refunds for purchases paid with international cards are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the seller (Merchant of Record). Funds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase if: (a) the file has not been downloaded; or (b) the file is corrupted, cannot be opened or materially differs from its description, and we have been unable to provide a working file. In all other cases, downloaded digital goods are non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
When placing an order, you ask for the file to be made available right after payment and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel the purchase once the download starts (in the EU, the EEA and the UK this right lasts 14 days). Therefore, after the download a refund is only possible in case (b) above.
Write to the Content Provider's support team (contact details below), stating your order number, the email address used for the purchase and the reason for your request. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the link in your receipt email.
